Account Details- Accessing Your Account Information
Account ListClick the "My Accounts" button to view a list of your accounts. All accounts associated with your User Code and Password will be categorized in the account list. The account list includes:
- Account numbers
- Account balances
- Account descriptions
- Types of accounts (Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposits, Debit Cards, Loans and Safe Deposit Boxes)
Click on the account number to view a single account. The Account Balance Inquiry displays up-to-date information including: Current Balance, Activity Information and Interest Information. Balances are displayed according to type of account.
Checking Account InquiryFor checking account inquiries, click the "My Accounts" button and then click on your checking account number from the account list. Your checking account inquiry is separated into three sections: Current Balance, Interest Information and Activity Information. Interest Information includes:
- Interest paid current year
- Interest paid last year
- Rate (current interest percentage rate on the account)
Activity Information includes all credits and debits on the account as well as:
- Balance last statement
- Amount of last deposit or credit
- Amount of last check or debit
Overdraft Protection Account InquiryFor overdraft protection account inquiries, click the "My Accounts" button and then on the overdraft protection account number from the account balance list. Your overdraft protection inquiry is separated into four sections: Current Payment Information, Last Payment Information, Other Balance Information and Credit Information.
Current Payment Information Includes:

Other Balance Information Includes:
- Principal Balance
- Interest Balance
- Net Payoff (the estimated total amount due to payoff the loan)
Credit Information Includes:
- Maximum on Credit Line
- Available Credit Line
- Amount of Advance
Certificate of Deposit Account InquiryFor Certificate of Deposit Account Inquiries, click the "Accounts" button and then on the Certificate of Deposit account number from your account number list. Your Certificate of Deposit account is separated into three sections: Current Balance, Interest Information and Maturity Information.
Interest Information Includes:
- Interest paid current year
- Interest paid last year
- Current interest rate on the account
Maturity Information Includes:
Loan Account InquiryFor loan account inquiries, click the "My Accounts" button and then click on the loan account number from your account balance list. Your loan account inquiry is separated into four sections: Current Payment Information, Other Date Information, Other Balance Information and Escrow Information.
Current Payment Information Includes:
- Amount due
- Amount of last payment
Other Date Information Includes:
- Date note was originated
- Maturity date
Other Balance Information Includes:
- Principal balance of the loan
- Interest balance of the loan
- Late charge balance
- Payoff- estimated total amount due to payoff the loan
Escrow Information Includes:
- Balance
- Amount of last distribution
- Taxes paid year-to-date
- Insurance paid year-to-date
Transactions- Reviewing Transaction Activity
Transaction ListThe Transaction list provides a list of all transactions associated with your selected account. From an account information window, click "Transactions" to review a list that includes the following headings:
- The Description identifies the type of transactions performed. For example, a transfer to a checking account from a savings account.
- Debit and Credit headings are displayed individually enabling the calculation and display of a running balance.
- The Date identifies the date the transactions occurred.
- The Balance reflects the difference between the debit total and credit total of an account.
To display a presentation of your account transactions, click the "Transactions" button and select the appropriate button for what you want displayed. Listed below is a list of the options and what can be viewed.
- Current Statement- Displays transactions that have occurred during the current statement cycle.
- Previous Statement- Displays transactions that occurred during the last statement cycle.
- Previous Business Day- Displays transactions that occurred on the most recent business day.
- Current Business Day- Displays transactions that have occurred as presentments to your account for the current day.
Funds TransfersFunds can be transferred between accounts within Community Bank CBD. To review your transfers, click the "My Accounts" button, select the appropriate account and then click the "Transfers" button. All transfers set up on your account are conveniently listed. The transfers are organized by "To Account", indicating the account number which is receiving the transfer. The list includes:
- The Account that the transfer is being sent to
- The Next Transfer Amount to be made
- The Next Date the transfer is to be made
- The Last Amount sent
- The Last Date the transfer was made to this account
- Frequency
- Remaining Transfers
- A Description of the transfer
Establishing a TransferEstablish a transfer, click the "My Accounts" button then click on the account you want the scheduled transfer to come from and click the "Transfers" button. Transfers can occur either one time or on a recurring basis. For a one-time transfer, click the "One Time Transfer" button for more information, for a recurring transfer, click the "New Scheduled Transfer" button. Listed below is the step by step instructions on setting up your new scheduled transfer.
1. Select the account number that you want to transfer the money to from the drop-down list box.
2. Select the transfer frequency from the drop-down box. The frequency drop-down box includes the following options: On-demand, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually.
3. Enter the amount that you want to transfer.
4. Enter the date on which the transfer will occur.
5. Enter the number of remaining transfers (optional).
6. Enter a description of the transfer.
7. Click the "Submit Transfer" button to complete the request and receive a confirmation number.
One-Time TransferTo perform a single transfer, click the "My Accounts" button, then click the account you want the one time transfer to come from and click the "Transfers" button. Select the "One Time Transfer" button and the transfer window will appear. From the drop-down box, select the account you want to transfer funds to and enter in the amount. Click the "Transfer" button to complete the transfer.
Change an Established TransferTo change an established transfer, click the "My Accounts" button, then click on the account that is scheduled to make the transfer. Click the "Transfers" button, then select the transfer you want to change from the "To Account" column of the list provided. The following options can be changed:
- The frequency can be changed by selecting another frequency from the drop-down box.
- The amount.
- The date.
- The number of remaining transfers.
- The description of the transfer.
Click the "Update" button to complete your request.
Skip or Disable a Scheduled TransferTo skip a scheduled transfer, click the "My Accounts" button and then click on the account from your list of personal accounts. Click the "Transfer" button. From the established list of transfers, click on the transfer you want to skip or disable. Change the transfer amount to zero. Change all three of the date fields to he blank option (it is the first choice in each pull down menu). Then click the "Update Transfer Information" button to complete your request. This will skip or disable the current transfer. You will need to re-establish the transfer amount and date prior to the next scheduled transfer.
Transfer FrequencyThe transfer frequency is used to determine how often the transfer will be made. The frequency drop-down box includes the following options:
On demand- Payment will occur once, based upon the next transfer date
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Semi-Annually
- Annually
- Weekly
- Bi-Weekly
- Bi-Monthly
Select one of these frequencies when establishing a new transfer or changing an established transfer.

Exporting Transaction InformationExport transaction information for use with a personal finance application, such as Intuit's Quicken, Microsoft Money, Windows Clipboard or QuickBooks. To export transactions into a personal finance application, click the "Export" link at the end of the transaction list. From the Select Export Format drop-down box, select the appropriate file type from the following list:
- Comma Separated File (.CSV)
- Quicken Interchange Format (.QIF) - Intuit Quicken
- Open Financial Exchange (.OFX) - Microsoft Money
Log Off ButtonWhen you click on the "Log off" button, your session will be closed and your browser is automatically redirected to our page at
www.communitybankcbd.com. This will close your session of internet banking with Community Bank. You will need to login again in order to do any additional things with the online banking system.
